Ingredients:
5 – Tbls. reduced sodium soy sauce
2 – Tbls. olive oil
2 – garlic cloves, minced
2 – Tsp. brown sugar
1 – Tsp. ground ginger
1 – Tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 – Lb. pork chops, tenderloin, chicken breast
Optional:
1 – Tsp. sesame seed oil
1 – Tsp. chili oil
Directions:
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients; add pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Cook meat to necessary temperature and texture. Marinade can be used as liquid in slow cooker.
Notes:
Can be used for multiple types of proteins including pork chops, chicken, etc.
