Ingredients:
1 pkg. Brownie Mix
Items for Brownie Mix
Edy’s Girl Scout Samoa Cookie Ice Cream
Hershey\’s Chocolate Syrup
Bailey’s Irish Cream
Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Whipped Cream
Directions:
Using your favorite brownie mix, make a pan of brownies using the directions for the smallest pan (recommend 8 X 8). Once brownies are finished, cut into six equal-sized pieces. Take one brownie and serve one scoop of Edy’s Girl Scout Samoa Cookie Ice Cream. Drizzle ½ jiggers each of Bailey’s Irish Cream and Godiva Chocolate Liqueur poured over the top of the ice cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup and finish with whipped cream. Serve and eat immediately.
Notes:
This is an awesome dessert, regardless of the type of ice cream or brownie mix. However, highly recommended is the Duncan Hines Triple Chunk Chocolate Brownie mix and the Edy’s Girl Scout Samoa Cookie Ice Cream. Hence the name. However, because the ice cream is seasonal, any caramel and fudge rippled ice cream would work nicely. Also, reheat an already baked brownie in the microwave for 20 seconds and the dessert is just as good. In fact, it might even be better this way. Additionally, make brownies in the “cake-like” fashion/directions and the taste and texture of all the ingredients is phenomenal.
